Justice Dept. Lawyer, Part of Botched Ted Stevens Case, Commits Suicide

Nicholas A. Marsh, part of a Justice Department team of lawyers under scrutiny for possible misconduct in the botched prosecution of the late Sen. Ted Stevens, is dead by his own hand.
