I found this site this morning and as I work in a technical environment where our agents need to know information about our customer’s computers I think this site could help tremendously. The site was created by Imulus.com and provides information about the customer’s PC that can then be emailed directly from the site or downloaded to a data file (PDF or CSV) for offline use.
